Return Request Time Limit

Any issue regarding a delivered product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

No refund, replacement, or claim will be accepted after 24 hours from the delivery time.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all refund, replacement, or damage claims.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package before opening

  • Entire unboxing process

  • Product condition after opening

Claims without a proper unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must send:

  • Order Number

  • Issue Description

  • Clear Photos

  • Unboxing Video

Eligible Cases

Refund or replacement may be approved if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Product has manufacturing defect

  • Item missing from package

All claims are subject to verification by our support team.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference issues

  • Color differences due to screen settings

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Minor variations in design or finish

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours

  • Missing unboxing video proof

Approval Process

Once the claim is received, our team will review the submitted evidence.

If the claim is found genuine and approved:

  • Full refund will be processed, OR

  • Replacement product will be shipped

within 7 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment mode used.
